1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using worknexaai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of service
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual property
worknexaai retains all rights to the platform. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions. We provide no warranty as to accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, worknexaai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which worknexaai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
